MRJ Trucking Lawyer Publishes on Opportunities to Exclude Plaintiffs’ Evidence and Argument

MRJ commercial transportation attorney Brian J. Pokrywka has published an article in the trucking law issue of “For the Defense.” Entitled “Rein in the ‘Reptile’ at Trial: Strategies for More Effective Motions in Limine,” the article focuses on the typical building blocks of a plaintiff’s personal injury case against commercial transportation defendants and highlights legal support and best strategies for obtaining a pretrial order excluding much of the favorite evidence and jury argument of the plaintiffs’ bar. Pokrywka co-authored the article with Elaine Stoll.
