Dominic A. Velloze

Associate

Dom focuses on representing clients in highly regulated environments. His practice ranges from early evaluations of cases with complex medical issues to litigating civil matters involving commercial transportation clients to handling administrative cases. A core feature of Dom’s practice is case resolution through critical motions and appeals. Dom handles critical motions in both state and federal court in various stages of civil litigation, appeals concerning matters of first impression and challenges to the decisions of administrative bodies.

Prior to joining PRWK, Dom served as an attorney-advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, during which time he drafted numerous opinions interpreting and applying federal statutes and regulations on behalf of administrative law judges and administrative appeals judges. Dom then practiced at a boutique litigation firm, cultivating trusting relationships with an array of clients involved in civil and administrative litigation.
