MRJ Attorneys Publish Article on PTSD in Aviation Cases

MRJ attorneys Kerry Mahedy, Brandon Woodard, and Greg Kendall co-authored an article providing an overview on defending PTSD claims in aviation lawsuits. Over the past decade, PTSD claims have grown precipitously in aviation cases. The article provides a technical approach to evaluating and defending these claims in cases involving both domestic and international flights. The article, entitled "Defending Againste  the Growing Trend of PTSD Claims in Aviation Cases," appears in the April 2017 edition of DRI's For The Defense magazine.
